Product Information
Craft Addiction LLC makes every effort to display product details, pricing, colors, descriptions, and availability as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, materials, product type, and printing method.

Orders & Custom Requests
Orders and custom requests are reviewed based on the details provided by the customer. Custom orders may require additional communication before pricing, approval, or production begins. Submitting a form or message does not guarantee that a request will be accepted or produced.

Payment
Payment is required before custom orders begin. Orders are not added to the production queue until details are confirmed and payment has been received. Prices may vary depending on product type, quantity, size, materials, design complexity, and special requests.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time may vary depending on item type, quantity, product availability, design details, current order volume, and needed-by dates. Any estimated turnaround time is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless specifically confirmed in writing. If delays happen, Craft Addiction LLC will communicate with the customer as needed. For online orders, sellers should have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times, and if no shipping time is stated, federal guidance generally points to shipment within 30 days or notifying the buyer about delays.

Custom Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, design details, logos, wording, and approval information. Craft Addiction LLC is not responsible for customer-provided errors once an order has been approved or production has started.

Copyrights, Trademarks & Submitted Artwork
Customers must only submit artwork, logos, images, wording, or files they own or have permission to use. Craft Addiction LLC cannot recreate, copy, sell, or produce copyrighted or trademarked designs, licensed characters, protected logos, brand names, team designs, or other restricted artwork without proper permission.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Custom and personalized items are final sale once production has started. Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations may be limited and are handled according to the Craft Addiction LLC Policies page. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out as soon as possible.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Pickup, delivery, and shipping options may vary depending on the item, location, order size, and schedule. Local pickup details will be provided when the order is ready. Shipping costs, delivery details, and timing may vary. Craft Addiction LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Product Care
Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided on the website or with the item. Improper washing, drying, handling, fragrance oil use, heat exposure, soaking, or misuse may damage products and is not considered a Craft Addiction LLC error.

Right to Refuse Service
Craft Addiction LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or custom request that cannot be completed, violates policy, involves protected designs without permission, includes inappropriate content, creates safety concerns, or is outside the scope of available products or services.
