How do I place an order?
You can shop ready-made products directly through the website or submit a custom order request through the Custom Orders page. If you’re not sure where to start, send me a message and I’ll help point you in the right direction.
Do I have to pay before my order is made?
Yes. Custom orders must be paid before production begins. This helps secure your materials, design time, and spot in the order queue.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
Changes may be possible if production has not started yet. Once your item is being made, changes may not be available or may require an additional fee.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround time depends on the item, quantity, customization, and current order volume. I’ll confirm timing with you before your order is started.
do you offer local meet up?
Yes! Local meet up is available for eligible orders. Once your order is complete, I’ll contact you with meet up details and scheduling information.
Do you ship orders?
Yes! Shipping is available throughout the United States.
Do you create logos?
Not at this time. Customers must provide their own logo or artwork for business branding projects.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
No problem! Inspiration photos, color ideas, themes, and rough concepts are all welcome.
Can I see a mockup before my order is made?
Absolutely. Custom orders receive a design proof for approval before production begins.

Custom orders are made to match your idea, style, theme, or brand. Here’s what to know before submitting a request.
Every custom project is unique. Here's what you should know before submitting your request.
Can you make something from a photo or idea I send?
Yes, you can send inspiration photos, wording, colors, themes, or examples of the style you like. I’ll review everything and let you know what’s possible before your order is started.
Do you recreate copyrighted or trademarked designs?
No. I can’t copy protected logos, characters, team designs, brand names, or artwork unless you have permission to use them. I can help create something inspired by a theme or vibe without directly copying protected designs.
Can you use my business logo?
Yes, as long as you own the logo or have permission to use it. For the best results, send the clearest version you have, preferably a high-resolution PNG, SVG, PDF, or original logo file.
Can I choose colors, names, wording, and design placement?
Yes. Please include colors, names, wording, shirt/product color, size, placement, and any special details when you submit your custom order request.
Product Care Questions
A little care goes a long way. Here’s how to help your custom items stay looking cute, fresh, and ready to show off!
How do I wash custom apparel?
Turn garments inside out, wash in cold water, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. For best results, hang dry or tumble dry low.
Can I iron over the design?
No. Do not iron directly over the design. If needed, turn the shirt inside out or place a protective cloth over the design and use low heat.
Are tumblers dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the design and finish. Do not microwave. Avoid soaking or exposing the tumbler to extreme heat. Always follow any additional care instructions included with your specific product.
