Each custom piece is crafted by hand with love — so slight variations in placement, color, or texture naturally occur.

🛍 Custom Orders
Custom orders are accepted after events (not during craft shows).
Minimum order: $20 for custom work.
⏳ Processing Time
Estimated turnaround: 2–4 weeks, depending on the project.
Need it sooner? Message me to request a rush order.
Rush fees may apply.
🎨 Design Approval
Before your order begins, I will confirm:
Your design
Your colors
Pickup or shipping preference
➡️ All designs must be fully approved before payment.
Please double-check your shipping address — I’m not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
💳 Payment
Full payment is required before production begins.

🚫 Cancellations
Once your design is approved and payment is made, no changes or cancellations can be made.
This protects materials, time, and customization already prepared for your order.

I’ll review your request and confirm details before we start.
Submit Your Idea
I’ll create a mockup or design preview and send it your way.
Nothing is printed or made until you're happy with the design.
Design Preview
Once you approve the design, I’ll send your invoice.
After payment, your custom order officially begins production.
Final Approval + Payment
Your custom piece is created with care and attention.
I’ll message you when it’s ready for pickup or shipping.
